On Friday, September 5, we participated with the Clothing Bank in the second Reuse Day in Prague 2, which took place on Karlovo Square near Faust House. The event focused on sustainability and reuse – there was a large swap of clothes, books, plants, and small household items, and visitors had the opportunity to bring unwanted items and take away those that would be useful to them.
There was also a repair shop, workshops, a café, and stands of partner organizations. At our information stand, we met with visitors, shared our experiences, and presented the activities of the Clothing Bank. We are glad that we could be part of this event, which promotes a more environmentally friendly approach and extends the life cycle of things.
