On Thursday, June 5, we were happy to participate in the 17th annual ecological event Mikroklima 2025, which took place in the beautiful surroundings of Park Přátelství in Prosek.
Our Clothing Bank had its information stand where we presented to the visitors how the principle of clothing reuse works, who we help and how the general public can get involved in our work. Those interested learned how donating clothes helps people in difficult life situations – and at the same time contributes to environmental protection.
Our booth was among other inspiring organizations dedicated to environmentalism, recycling and supporting community life. The whole event took place in a friendly and creative atmosphere that combined education, fun and sharing of experiences. There were also activities for children and interactive learning. We were happy to be part of an event where people with common values – sustainability, solidarity and concern for the world around us – meet.
We would like to thank the Prague 9 municipality for the invitation and the great organization. Thank you to everyone who stopped by, chatted or even took a flyer. Thanks to you, more people will know about the Clothing Bank who may need help or who want to offer it. 💚
