In January, we received a total of 9,998.2 kg of material aid. We received tremendous support from HUSKY, AMBIENTE, APIFY, HERMITAGE Hotel, BRUDRA, Gymnázium Arabská, KPMG, and our general partner JTI. We would also like to thank all individual donors who have supported us over the long term and shown us their trust.

Thanks to this assistance, we were able to send 43 emergency packages to individual applicants in acute need. We distributed another 1,450.6 kg of material aid through partner organizations. In January, these included HC Srdce, the Day Center for Homeless People in Brno, Dobré místo, Znojmo Prison, Farní charita Praha 1, Prague 20 Municipal Office, and Potravinová banka Central.

January’s activities also included targeted corporate donations that respond to the specific needs of field and low-threshold services. A typical example is the donation of 400 work jackets from Brudra Workwear, which will be gradually distributed to organizations working with homeless people across the country.

We also continued our cooperation with the Day Center for Homeless People in Brno, where we donated second-quality clothing intended for clients in the field. This method of assistance allows for the meaningful use of wearable clothing and at the same time contributes to the reduction of textile waste.

We also provided material assistance to mothers and children at the Charity Home in Havlíčkův Brod, thanks to the support of Amazon.

In January, we also launched a new website, Obleč Jihlavu (Dress Jihlava). The project follows on from the successful initiatives Obleč Prahu (Dress Prague) and Obleč Brno (Dress Brno) and aims to offer the residents of Jihlava and the entire Vysočina Region clear and understandable information on how to dispose of unwanted clothing in a meaningful and sustainable way, taking into account local needs. A press conference was held in Jihlava on January 27, 2026, to mark the launch of the website.

Finally, we would like to thank all the companies, partner organizations, and individual donors who support the Clothing Bank. Thanks to you, help is getting to where it really matters.
