September was another very busy month for us at the Clothing Bank, and thanks to all of you, we managed to accomplish a tremendous amount of work. We received 5,134 kg of material aid, with contributions from HUSKY, PUMAX, SAMSUNG, CTP, SEYFOR, ČTK, and the Office of the Government of the Czech Republic.
Thanks to close cooperation with our partner organizations – the Salvation Army, HC Srdce, People in Need, Portimo, Kvalitní podzim života, PN Bohnice, Domov pro seniory Vejprty, Sociální služba města Jičín, the Prague 7 district, and the Votice municipal office – we were able to distribute 465 emergency packages, representing a total of 1,860 kg of aid.
Special thanks go to our general partner JTI, thanks to whom we can develop our activities in the long term.
We also appreciate the support of volunteers – in September, people from Amazon, Arval BNP Paribas Group, and Česká spořitelna came to help us. We would also like to thank Amazon for donating wet wipes, which were distributed to single parents.
