We are joining forces with the Furniture Bank of the Pilsen Region

5. 2. 2026

This week, we established a new partnership with the Furniture Bank of the Pilsen Region as part of another project for the region within the nationwide series Dress Up the City.

The partnership is based on mutual support and more efficient use of the capacities of both organizations. We focus primarily on coordinating material assistance—from clothing and furniture to household equipment and other necessities, depending on the current possibilities and situations of specific individuals.

Long-term experience has shown us that assistance often does not end with one type of support. People who leave shelters, are dealing with a crisis situation, or are re-furnishing their homes need clothing, basic equipment, and furniture at the same time. That is why the connection between the Clothing Bank and the Furniture Bank makes sense.

Thanks to this cooperation, we can better coordinate material assistance, share experiences, and respond more flexibly to the real needs of the people we help. Each organization remains independent, but together we can offer more comprehensive and better-targeted support.

We believe that this cooperation will make new beginnings, which are often not easy, easier for people.
