When a work jacket means more than just clothing

1. 2. 2026

At first glance, it may seem illogical—why would the Clothing Bank accept a corporate donation of several hundred work jackets? But in fact, it makes a lot of sense.

We work with a number of partner organizations whose clients are primarily homeless people. For them, a high-quality, durable jacket is absolutely essential. It protects them from the cold, rain, and wind, withstands everyday wear and tear, and is often one of the few things they can rely on.

A big and sincere thank you goes to Brudra Workwear, which donated an incredible 400 work jackets to the Clothing Bank. This donation means we can help hundreds of people across the country.

We will gradually distribute the jackets to our partner organizations, which include, for example:

The Salvation Army

Day Center for Homeless People in Brno

Charity in Sokolov

Social Services Center in Příbram

Domov Pod Skalami Kurovodice
and other organizations that work with people in need on a daily basis

Thanks to this cooperation, the clothing will go exactly where it makes the most sense—directly to the people who really need it.

This donation is a wonderful example of how meaningful cooperation between companies and the non-profit sector can work. Material aid that would otherwise remain unused is transformed into concrete support for people in difficult life situations.

We would like to thank Brudra Workwear for their trust, openness, and willingness to help. This is exactly what help that has a real impact looks like.
