In April, we provided 2.8 tons of material aid, which equates to more than seven hundred packages for people in need. The total aid provided since the beginning of the year has exceeded 13.7 tons and nearly three and a half thousand packages.
People in need often find more than just clothing in their packages. We add pasta, wet wipes, backpacks, and sometimes even new toys for children.
“Hello, I would like to thank you very much for the clothes that arrived today for our children, and I look forward to further cooperation. Once again, thank you and have a beautiful rest of the day,” wrote Ms. Romana from the Children’s Diagnostic Institute in Brno.
We are very grateful to all the individuals who used the opportunity to send donated clothing for free via Zásilkovna. This year, we have already received 498 packages from you. Almost all of them contained truly beautiful pieces.
“Thank you so much for the package of clothes! Even though it was for me, my son was thrilled because he loves it when I do a funny fashion show for him, and we both laugh a lot,” wrote Jana, a single mother.
In April, several large employee clothing drives took place, for which we are very grateful. Thanks go out to Messer Technogas, Profitherm CZ, McKinsey, Nestlé, Notino, and Potex for organizing these drives. Regular deliveries of new goods arrived from Pumax and Husky. Naše Maso and Ambiente continue to provide material aid to our clients. Thank you!
We also conducted a large drive at OC Letňany in collaboration with TV Nova, which received a great response from the shopping center visitors. The drive included an autograph session with actors from the popular series “Jedna rodina,” who generously donated their time to support a good cause.
